City Hall/fr

The City Hall is a multi-story building on the east side of Kilima Village where  Kenli,  Eshe, and  Kenyatta work. This is where Players can buy crafting licenses, writs, buildings, and building customization for their plot. The top of the building is a clocktower, while its interior is decorated with Bellflower style designs and various storage units.

Emplacement

City Hall has two entrances. The western entrance leads to the village plaza, while the entrance on the opposite side of the building faces the fields to the east. Eshe's office can be found on the south side of the upper floor, while Kenli's office is found on the north side. On the lower level are miscellaneous seating areas, storage rooms, and the main counter where Kenyatta works.

City Hall Store

The register, or store, is located on the lower level at the main counter near Kenyatta. You can't interact with this cash register until you get the quest Strong Foundations.

This register is located on the second floor, in Kenli's Office.

Now that you're an expert at juggling handkerchiefs, you can move on to the next step, juggling eggs. Most professional jugglers recommend moving onto the simple objects like bean bags or rubber balls. But I say that's boring, and why be boring?

To juggle eggs, simple hold two eggs in one hand and one egg in the other. Toss one of the paired eggs gently in the air. Then be sure to throw the egg in your opposite hand immediately after. Finally, it's time to toss the last egg. Don't be shy! Just go for it! Toss those eggs!

Oh, you should also be sure to catch them after. If you don't you'll be left cleaning up eggs all over your living room for days. Eggs all over the rug. Eggs all over the ceiling. Eggs all over the cat...it's a mess. In fact, if you drop the eggs, you may just want to move.
