機制

Worktable Interface: Recipe List on the Left, and Crafting Window on the Right

As the Player obtains recipes for decor, they can craft pieces at a Worktable that has been placed on the housing plot. Using the () key on a Worktable will open the crafting interface which allows the Player to easily select, review, and create pieces of furniture and decor.

The interface itself can be broken down into the following two components:

On the left side of the interface is a scrollable, sortable, list of known recipes. For the purpose of this page, the focus will be the Decor list. At a glance, the Player can infer what items are not yet ready to be crafted, what items are ready to be crafted, and what items have already been crafted at least once.

In the example above, the Log Cabin Bed is shown to be ready to craft and the check mark indicates that the Player has already crafted it at least once, sometime in the past.	In this example, the Log Cabin Bookshelf is also marked as having been crafted before, but it is not ready to be crafted.

On the right side of the interface is the crafting window that provides the following information: the item's description, an ingredients list, a Make button and a numerical field.

In the example above, the Player can see that this recipe is incomplete, and the Make button is greyed out. The missing hides have a red value and a "+" button that provides the Player the option to request the material from other players.	In this example, the Player can infer that this recipe is ready to craft. All ingredients have check marks and the Make button is now clickable.

The numerical field allows the Player to craft multiple items at the same time. The amounts for the ingredients list will change to reflect the number of items to be crafted.

The Worktable will use materials located in the Player's Inventory and/or General Storage, but not items that are secured in the Player's 安全儲存.

Once the Player has determined an item is ready to craft, simply click the Make button! After a few knocks of the hammer, the crafted furniture piece will be placed into the Player's Inventory. If this is the first time the item has been crafted, and it belongs to an eligible set that the Player has yet to learn all the recipes for, the Player may gain Inspiration on up to three mystery pieces of that set. The Player gets to choose one and after doing so, the recipe for that new item will be learned by the Player.

每週挑戰

Weekly Challenges are skill-related Accomplishments that a player can complete once weekly upon reaching 家具製作 Level 10. A player can complete up to 3 Weekly Challenges for 家具製作 each week, awarding a total of 100 Furniture Making Medals.

Weekly Challenges are currently the same every week, and reset every Monday at 4:00 AM UTC. Progress from uncompleted Challenges will carry over and count towards the following week.
