Furniture Making 101 is a Guide Quest given by Tish.

Tish has suggested you visit the Kilima Show Home to get some inspiration for your own interior designs. You can access the Show Home via the Home Tours board on your plot.

• Visit the Show Home via the Home Tour board.

Part 2

Now that you've been properly inspired, check back in with Tish.

• Check back in with Tish.

Part 3

Now it's time to make some more furniture and place it on your plot. Go to your workbench and select a recipe to craft furniture. Once you've crafted it, you'll be able to choose from three silhouettes to get inspiration for a new recipe.

• Craft and place a table.

Part 4

Tish has come to your plot to check out your new furniture, and she brought a friend. Go talk to them!

Isn't it? When Eshe came to me with the idea for the Show Home, I was so excited to help her fill it out!

Especially since it's a decor style I don't usually go for. Leaving our comfort zones can sometimes inspire us the most!

Oh, yay! I'm so glad it was helpful. I was a little worried, since it's not usually a decor style I go for in my personal home.

Not enough bouncy castles.

Tish

You sound just like Reth. I bet you two would get along!

But a whole bouncy castle seems a little advanced. Why don't you start with something a little smaller and work your way up?

I've actually been working on a new set. It's a little rustic, but I think it's perfect for someone just starting out.

Why don't you take these recipes and see if they can inspire you more?

You might even come up with some furniture ideas of your own!

And if you run out of materials, you can always pop by the register over there to purchase some if you don't feel like making them yourself.

He's a genius at tailoring! You might have seen his shop in town.

Well, I wouldn't go so far as to call myself a genius. I still have much to learn before I earn the ability to stitch my name on my pieces.

That honor still belongs to my mother, Head of the House of Omiata.

Jelly's family is super famous in Palia. They're a huge fashion empire!

Jel

I wouldn't expect (Player) to know of it. Materializing out of thin air is, after all, a valid excuse.

Walkthrough

1. On your plot, click on the green Home Tour sign and click to visit the Show Home.
2. Take a tour around the plot and get some inspiration about what decor is available and how you might like to use it on your own plot.
3. Go back and talk to Tish. She will give you some more recipes to get you started.
   • She asks you to craft and place one of those items on your plot.
4. Once you do that, Tish and Jel come visit your plot. Talk to them and finish up the quest.

When the quest was introduced, you needed to craft all 4 recipes Tish gave you at the end of Part 2:
