New Discovery Quests
Ready for more adventures with your best Bahari Buds? These new quests dive deeper into the lives of Palia's most charming (and occasionally chaotic!) residents. Make sure that your friendship surpasses level two with these folks; completing the level 2 friendship quests should get you most of the way there! Whether you’re hanging wedding bells with 
Hodari, sneaking around with some smugglers, or sipping on some soup with the boys, you’re in for a good time and sweet rewards with these quests.
- Platinum Wedding Bells: Love is in the air, and Hodari's in the workshop. Hodari's got a big task on his hands: crafting a special gift for his sister's wedding. Dive into some family drama, get to know Hodari beyond the forge, and maybe learn what makes him tick. If you’ve unlocked
Platinum Bar and are close enough to call him a friend, you can lend a hand and walk away with either a foraging or hunting grab bag, depending on how you approach the job! - Zed Drop:
Zeki's boss Zed wants something…. Sketchy. Zeki's been tapped to secure 
Eshe's wax seal to forge documents for an illegal shipment of flow medicine. It's your chance to help stick it to the man with Grimalkin Kittens. You'll gain

Delaila is determined to plan a special night out for

Elderwood Umbraan Decor
Once iconic staples of the bustling Zendruu Outpost, these Umbraan furnishings are making their long-awaited return. Found throughout homes, markets, and gathering places, each piece reflects the quiet elegance and rich history of Umbraan daily life. Echoing the days when Elderwood thrived as an Umbraan trade hub, this set offers a glimpse into a storied past and brings a touch of history (and a bit of mystery!) to your space today. Self-Service Name Changes
Don't like the name you picked originally? No worries!
Players can now change their name by logging into accounts.palia.com once every 30 days
- You must have a Palia account in order to do this. See here for instructions on linking your account.
- Players can change both their Full Name and Nickname via the account portal
- Changing either Full Name, Nickname, or both will lock both names for 30 days

Improvements & Adjustments
Decor Stacking
Decor items now stack up to 30 (or higher, if they already did) to help creative players spend less time running to storage and more time decorating!
Muskin Support for all Decor
Muskin (mushroom leather) can now be used for all recipes that require 
Leather. More options, same great results!
Grow Stage UI
Growable flowers and decor now show an icon in their UI to indicate their current growth stage. Plants that are watered are considered a different stage, meaning they'll also be separated in inventory and storage.
Tints in Inventory and Storage
Decor that has a tint applied to it will now show which tint is applied on the icon itself within your inventory and storage. No more guessing which color coffee table you're about to place!

The 
Honey Lure has been rebalanced and normalized across multiple locations.

We put in a lot of work this cycle to clean things up across Palia. Tons of bugs were fixed, and we have listened to player feedback to make improvements in lots of areas to help everything run smoother and feel better to play.
Gameplay
- Addressed occasional crash issues with the
Modification Bench. - Fixed an issue where
Fishing XP was not properly balanced. - In the Cooking UI, recipe steps are no longer cut off.
- Addressed an issue for some players where
Subira did not appear in the Mansion during the 
Extravagant Expectations quest. - Fixed an issue that allowed players to escape the playable area at the Fallen Aqueduct in Elderwood.
- Fixed an issue where the
Sugar icon in the 
Petit Fives x3 recipe was cropped and missing a tooltip in the Cooking UI. - Fungopher holes are no longer floating in Prismbeard Cave.
- Fixed an issue where the Courier Pet quest marker appeared on the map regardless of quest eligibility or progression.
- Narrative items in the Prismbeard cave are now aligned with the terrain.
- Quest marker added for the final step of the Even More Treasure? quest.
- In the Prismbeard Questline - Quest markers for Auni & Nai'o now reliably appear throughout the questline.
- For PC & Switch: Addressed visual artifacts in vertical terrain throughout Elderwood.
- Unintended consumables such as Lootbags no longer display the "Focus Increase" icon.
Housing & Decor
- Fixed an issue where the Palian Show Home could not be entered when first loading the Palian Show Home UI.
- In Home Tours, players are now unable to contribute materials into buildings under construction.
- Fixed an issue between decor stacking and tinted decor
Social
- Fixed an issue where PC/Steam users would receive infinite party invites when sent from players on PS5 or XBOX Series X/S.
- Accounts, Character Creation, Collections, and Wardrobe
- The
Master Elderwood Survivalist accomplishment can now be completed as it no longer includes incorrect items - Added padding in the Quest update notifications.
Controls & Accessibility
Fixed an issue where changing action bindings immediately after joining a server caused multiple problems.- On PC: Left click while highlighting a tool/emote now equips that tool and closes the tool/emote wheel.
The "Adaptive Trigger Intensity" now changes to default when resetting to default
Premium Cosmetics
- Fixed an issue where the voice options in Jel's mirror did not play back any sound.
- The zoom function no longer breaks when inspecting "Graphic Hoodies" in the Premium Store.
- Fixed an issue where the user was not able to move the highlight after performing a search.
- Fixed an issue where players were not receiving their refer a friend rewards consistently.

Ancient Koi and 
Sabertoothed Anchovy do not grant XP.- Maws Plush and Maws Fin Plush are displaying an incorrect name.
- Slumber Fox Plush is displaying the incorrect name when inspecting the plush on the housing plot.
- Catching a common
Grumpy Granite Rockhopper incorrectly triggers the My First Rare Bug accomplishment. - Some bodies of water are both fishable and traversable, which is unintended.
- Deep water in the Elderwood Clearing Landscape may not trigger teleportation back to land as intended.
- Deep water near the Statue Garden in Bahari Bay may not trigger teleportation back to land as intended.
- Deep water in the Autumn Acres Landscape may not trigger teleportation back to land as intended.
- Players may occasionally fall through the world when loading into Home Tours.
- Some Accomplishments may not complete.
- PC: Opening the social menu after receiving a party invite may trigger an unintended sound effect.
Other Issues
- Some Echo VFX does not appear.
- Players may occasionally fall through the world when loading into Home Tours.
- Color switching doesn't work on the Solstice Bloom Axe for the feminine character. This will be fixed for all players in the next available update.
- Artifacts currently do not sort into their own category, they will appear in the "All" category.
- If selected, the "Enable Own Overhead Name" button does not display the overhead name until the player switches servers.
- Holding the Inspect Garden button while entering Placement Mode can cause the UI to stay stuck.
- The Trading Tips quest dialogue may be confusing if it is obtained from the Elderwood trading post.
- In some instances, friend requests may not appear immediately. Exiting the game and logging back in should resolve this issue.
- Players playing on Xbox will sometimes encounter an issue where empty usernames are displayed when viewing the Friends List on the social panel.
- Players logging into Palia for the first time may not be able to use community chat features. Fully exiting the game and restarting the application should resolve the issue.
- Clicking "View Store" may cause a brief black screen and unresponsive controls before the Premium Store opens as expected.
- Some users may get stuck in a cinematic soundstage after completing the Elderwood introduction cinematic.
- Some Series 1 Sticker Set accomplishments might not progress when opening Sticker packs until after a server transition occurs or the player relogs.
- In some instances, players can roll dice faster than text inputs can display.
- The flipping mechanic in the cooking minigame could become stuck in a looped animation, preventing progression.
- Some players are unable to send party invites or sync to the correct server, making multiplayer features inaccessible.
- Some players could experience unintentional overlap between the emoji menu and emojis used in chat.
