The Piksii Blossom Bounce is a repeatable jump quest event in the Elderwood that allows Players to earn Elderwood flower seeds and other rewards.

Description

This multiplayer platform event combines aspects of Flow Tree Groves and The Tower. It is both a time-sensitive game offering exclusive rewards and an obstacle course you can play with friends.

When the Piksii Blossom Bounce is active, players can navigate this temporary obstacle course and collect seeds to earn exclusive Elderwood foliage. This event involves climbing trees, hopping on bouncy shrooms, and jumping between floating platforms.

Location

This event appears around two giant trees in the Elderwood's Deep Woods every Palian day, to the west of the Deep Woods Stable (F8).

Time

This event officially starts at 10:00 PM Game Time and ends around 11:10 Game Time. It repeats nightly.

Game Time	Description
8:30 PM	The two trees light up with a pale blue aura and play a magical sound heard across the map. This signals the event will start in 5 minutes or less!
10:00 PM	Platforms, bouncy mushrooms, and floating seeds appear around the trees. Players now have 3 minutes to collect seeds.
11:10 PM	The event ends. All of the platforms, seeds, and mushrooms disappear in a cloud of sparkly fireworks!

How to Play

Objective

The goal of this event is to collect as many floating seeds as you can. There are two kinds of seeds: smaller purple ones and the bigger blue ones. Purple seeds are automatically collected through contact with the Player's body. However, the blue seeds spawn with a magical shield around them that must be shot with Arrows or Smoke Bombs before they can be collected in the same way. These bigger seeds also give double rewards!

Some seeds can only be accessed from climbing or platforming, so be sure to use your environment to your advantage!

Each seed rewards you with random Elderwood flower seeds and other rewards. Seeds are instanced for each Player, so don't worry about others taking them! (TBC)

Tips

• Seeds are often arranged in a curving trail, so using the Glider to slow your fall makes it easier to collect them.
• Players can break the shields on blue seeds with Arrows or Smoke Bombs, allowing for speedy collection for everyone.
• To make platforming easier, Players can water shriveled mushroom buds with a watering can. Once watered, the bud will instantly blossom into a bouncy shroom and fling you into the air. This mushroom remains for the rest of the event, allowing you more options to get back up easily. Watering can take up some time, so choose wisely!
• While under the tree canopy, your stamina will also recharge at a faster rate, so climb away!
• Keep an eye on the timer at the top of your screen during the event in order to use your time wisely.

Collecting seeds randomly rewards Players with Elderwood foliage exclusive to this event, including the following:

• Elderwood Fern
• Elderwood Lilac
• Ancient Bush
• Giant Mushroom
• Piksiiweed
• Plant Fiber

Notes

• Gathering the Piksii Blossom Bounce seeds gives experience towards the Foraging skill (6 EXP base).
