This page aims to explain harvest probabilities according to the properties applied to the crop.
The bonus given by the fertilizers are the same than the bonus given by nearby crops (to verify please). Hence, it is unecessary to combine both.
Normal Quality Seeds
No properties
It seems that without properties, each harvest has 50% chance to give 2 Normal Quality Crops and 50% chance to give 1 Normal Quality Crop and 1 Star Quality Crop. There is an additional 5% chance to give Star Quality Seeds.
