The Ancient Aqueduct is a location in Bahari Bay in Palia.

Description

The Ancient Aqueduct is a huge, white and golden wall that separates Bahari Bay into a northern and a southern half. It's built in a straight line from the Flooded Fortress in the east to the sea in the west, a broken continuation of it seems to be both inside the Flooded Fortress area and crumbling into the sea. Its top part is broken in several places, and there can be trees growing on it. Just south of it, there is a long, shallow river which does not contain any fishing spots.

In two areas, it is possible to pass through the ancient aqueduct in order to cross between the north and south parts of Bahari Bay. At it's eastern end (E5/E6 on the Map) there is a door-like structure through which The Player can cross the aqueduct, it can be found just south of the Central Stables where the path on the map reaches the aqueduct. Coming from the south, a bridge over the river leads directly to it. Near the sea (G5/G6 on the Map), there is a hole broken into the aqueduct, connecting Lighthouse Lagoon and Coral Shores. It's at the far end of the reachable area, and on the map a small dent in the aqueduct's southern side indicates its location. It is not normally possible to cross the aqueduct in other spots, nor is it possible to climb it.

At roughly half the aqueduct's remaining length, two walls seem to be leading off the aqueduct, one reaching around 60m to the south, the other around 60m to the north. They are connected to the aqueduct through large barred sewer gates. Both walls end in small towers, the south one is broken and contains a wind rose-shaped pattern on its floor. The tower on the north grants access to a "mysterious tunnel", which accesses the Pyroflow Overseer Station needed for the quest Quest Keeper of Flames. In front of this tunnel, a small plate with a fire icon can be found.
