Description

According to Subira, Makuu City is the largest populated area in the Palian Republic, and the most diverse, with many citizens leaving their home provinces in order to find fortune in the city. Many citizens refer to is as simply "The Capital".

Makuu City is also where the Order's headquarters are located.
