How to Obtain
Once per day using real time, players will receive a letter from Chayne with a Blank Wish Ribbon included. These letters continue for the duration of the Luna New Year celebration.
Using
This item can be dyed at the dye station in the Maji Market, next to the Wish Tree.
Players can use one of the dyes to turn the Blank Wish Ribbon into one of the following: a Luck Wish Ribbon, a Prosperity Wish Ribbon, or a Longevity Wish Ribbon. In turn, these items can then become a Gift of Luck, a Gift of Prosperity, or a Gift of Longevity respectively.
The Blank Wish Ribbon cannot be placed in general storage.
