斧は、茂みや木を切り倒して木材、繊維、そして時には木の種子を集めるために使う採集ツールです。

集められる木材の種類は、切り倒した木の種類によって決まります。大きな木には、より高位の斧が必要です。フローの木の中には、最高位の斧を使っているにもかかわらず、ほかのプレイヤーとの協力が必要なものもあります。住宅区画にある特定の木製の瓦礫を片付けるのにも使えます。
