After First Gift
At the Player's Housing Plot
- Caleri
- (Player), as we grow friendlier I wanted to share with you an important part of myself...my Starstone.
- Now, I don't know what humans know about Starstones, but all Majiri believe that the Dragon moon phase we are born under is special and determines certain aspects of our personality.
- Each moon phase of Luna is represented by a gemstone. Mine is aquamarine, the stone of the Scholar.
- I have given you an aquamarine colored wallpaper to fill your home with wisdom...as it does mine.
- If you wish to learn more about Starstones, perhaps stop by the library? I just got a new volume on the subject that you might find enlightening.
Starstone
Given Aquamarine
- Caleri
- This is a very generous gift, (Player).
- It is said a starstone gifted is stronger than a starstone bought.
- I will accept this with gratitude.
Requests

Requesting Briar Daisy,
Sundrop Lily
- Caleri
- There’s nothing better than the smell of new books.
- Unfortunately, libraries rarely smell like books. They smell like dust, and grime... and people.
- If you could bring me a few (briar daisies/sundrop lilies) to freshen the place I would be eternally grateful.
Requesting Chapaa Onigiri
- Caleri
- As much as I love my job, I do fear my commitment to duty has its downsides.
- I heard a rumor, onigiri was served at the Maji market.
- It was always one of my childhood favorites and I would have loved to try it.
Requesting Congee
- Caleri
- I have been craving a warm bowl of congee lately.
- It is a simple and nutritious breakfast. Perfect for an early-morning reading session.
Requesting Crucian Carp,
Hypnotic Moray,
Kilima Redfin
- Caleri
- I rarely get a chance to leave the library for food.
- When I do get a chance to eat, I'm partial to the taste of fish.
- As long as it's not too fishy. Something like a (crucian carp / redfin / hypnotic moray) might really hit the spot.
Requesting Dari Cloves
- Caleri
- You know, nothing pairs with a good book like a cup of dari clove tea.
Requesting Emerald Carpet Moss
- Caleri
- There’s nothing better than the smell of new books.
- Unfortunately, libraries rarely smell like books. They smell like dust, and grime... and people.
- If you could bring me some carpet moss to freshen the place I would be eternally grateful.
- I find the earthy scent refreshing.
Requesting Glass Bulb,
Bahari Glowbug
- Caleri
- I love reading at all times of day, but reading at night really strains my eyes.
- If you could fetch me (a glass bulb, some Bahari glowbugs), I bet I could make a suitable reading light.
Requesting Pinecone
- Caleri
- There’s nothing better than the smell of new books.
- Unfortunately, libraries rarely smell like books. They smell like dust, and grime... and people.
- If you could bring me some carpet moss to freshen the place I would be eternally grateful.
Requesting Silk,
Silk Thread
- Caleri
- There's no material in the world finer than silk.
- You can use it to make bookmarks, bookjackets, even book pages if you get creative!
Requesting Sweet Leaf,
Knapweed
- Caleri
- You know, nothing pairs with a good book like a cup of tea.
- If you could bring me some (sweetleaves, knapweed) I would be very grateful.
Requests For Other Villagers
- For
Elouisa:
Requesting Dragon's Beard Peat
- Caleri
- I love all varieties of tea, but Elouisa will only drink tea made from Dragon's Beard Peat. She thinks it keeps dark spirits at bay.
Requesting Pearl
- Caleri
- When Elouisa and I were little, we would spend hours at the beach.
- When she found a pearl, she always said it was good luck.
- A sign our parents were looking out for us beyond the veil.
- Caleri
- When Elouisa and I were little, we would spend hours at the beach.
- She actually used to hunt for oysters and then eat them raw if you can believe it.
- Ick...I can't stand raw oysters. Too slimey [sic].
- Caleri
- When Elouisa and I were little, we would spend hours at the beach.
- She always used to search for fragments of ship wrecks.
- Said they were all rememnants [sic] of Grimalkin spacecrafts in disguise.
