How to Obtain

Bug Catching

Bahari Bees do not spawn naturally and have a 5% chance to spawn after cutting down small, medium, or large Heartwood trees in Bahari Bay during any time of day. The chance to find a Bahari Bee may be increased by cutting down larger trees. Heartwood saplings do not have a chance to spawn a Bahari Bee.

Behavior

Because they spawn in place of trees that are cut down, Bahari Bees will immediately be alerted by the player's presence and attempt to flee. They are a flying insect, and will quickly dart in a straight line away from the player before briefly pausing. Because of their high speed, it is recommended that players wait to throw any Smoke Bombs until after the Bahari Bee has stopped moving.
