Whispering Banks is a location in Kilima Valley in Palia.
Located in the south east of Kilima, Whispering Banks is the area surrounding the river that runs down from Maji's Hollow. Whispering Banks also includes entrances to Bahari Bay and the Fairgrounds, a Fast Travel location, and a gazebo on the very east side.

Whispering Banks is located in the east of Kilima Valley; East of Fisherman's Lagoon and south-east of Chapaa Crossing.
