Fairgrounds
Fairgrounds is an area accessed in the southeast corner of Kilima Valley, and is only accessible while a special in-game event is occurring. The fairgrounds itself is situated in a secluded cove, surrounded by towering cliffs and the calming waters of Kilima Lake.
Events
Maji Market
Maji Market events are limited themed events that open exclusively in the evenings and through the night.
Fairgrounds Layout
During an ongoing event, various carts, booths and decorations will be present during the day, with vendors, activities and shop registers being available/accessible only in the evening and night hours. While these elements will change according to the type of event that is currently being held, there are several permanent structures that make up the fairgrounds.
Barn
A thatch-roof barn is located near the middle of the fairgrounds. Visitors will find a conveniently placed Wardrobe where they can change into an outfit befitting the current celebration. A Fast Travel board is directly in front of the barn. It provides quick and easy access to other locations throughout Palia, with those locations having the fairgrounds as a temporary travel location in return. There is also a Repair Station nearby.
Pavilion
Directly south of the barn is a large pavilion that houses the celebratory Maji Market drums that, when played properly, can herald an amazing fireworks display.
Gazebo
To the southeast, up on a grassy ridge is a small gazebo that overlooks the fairgrounds. It provides a perfect place to take a break from the festivities and offers a scenic view for photographs.
Wooden Dock
West of the pavilion and lining the lake's edge at the southern end of the cove is a large wooden dock, ideal for fishing. Further south there are a few floating platforms from which the main fireworks are released.
