The recipe for Capital Chic Nightstand is available for purchase from the Furniture Making Guild for: 200 Gold. The guild store can be accessed by interacting with  Tish.

Modification

Capital Chic Nightstand can be Modified at the Modification Bench using  3 Furniture Modification Kit. The amount of kits used varies between items, and is based on the size of the furniture. Modification Kits can be purchased at the Material Store, the register at the Furniture Store, for 100 Gold.
