How to Obtain

Summer Stripe Herbal Tea is available for purchase at Reth's Black Market Bar for 460 Gold. This is the register found in The Underground in the back corner, at the counter past the Hot Pot tables. The register is only open while the Underground is running between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM.

Uses
