Fireworks Prize Bag. Prize bags can be randomly received by using Zeki's Prize Wheel in The Underground, for 
2 Prize Wheel Coins. Prize Wheel Coins can be obtained by playing the Hotpot Minigame at the Hotpot tables.
The Hotpot tables are only accessible while the Underground is running between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM in-game time, Zeki's Prize Wheel can be accessed at any time.
