Fireworks Prize Bag. Prize bags can be randomly received by using Zeki's Prize Wheel in The Underground, for 
2 Prize Wheel Coins. Prize Wheel Coins can be obtained by playing the Hotpot Minigame at the Hotpot tables.
Zeki's Prize Wheel and the Hotpot tables are only accessible while the Underground is running between 6:00 PM and 3:00 AM in-game time.
