How to Obtain

Crafting

Once the Player has obtained the recipe, they can craft 5x Flare Arrows on a Worktable using:

•  5 Heartwood
•  5 Flint
•  1 Crystal Lake Lotus

Obtain the Recipe

The recipe for Flare Arrow can be purchased from the Hunting Guild Store upon reaching Hunting Level 4 for 500 Gold.

How to Use

After equipping the bow, the Player can select the Flare Arrow to load as ammunition if the item is in their Ammo Pouch.

Flare Arrows are used to shoot at the ground to mark a specific location for other Players to find. They are commonly used to point out Palium nodes, single Flow trees and Flow Tree Groves. They are also often used for rare gatherables, such as Dari Cloves.

Once it is shot, the flare will last for 3 minutes. The Player can only have one active flare at a time.

Notes

Flare Arrows will not damage creatures, but it will scare them off if shot at them.
