Their bright green color helps them blend into the grass, making them somewhat difficult to spot.

How to Obtain

Bug Catching

Garden Mantises can be found all along the coast of Kilima Lake in Kilima Valley, including the Whispering Banks, Fisherman's Lagoon, Remembrance Beach, Gillyfin Cove, and south Leafhopper Hills.

There is also a 5% chance to spawn a Garden Mantis when collecting Emerald Carpet Moss and Sundrop Lilies in these areas.

Behavior

Garden Mantises are alerted by nearby player movement and Smoke Bombs and will hop away a short distance before briefly pausing.

There is a chance the Garden Mantis will drop the following item when caught:
