Map

Table of Contents

The Map is a tab of the Player Menu that shows the geographical area of the current location of the The Player.

The Map tab can be quickly accessed by pressing on PC, and on Nintendo Switch.

The Player can toggle the grid map option via the Gameplay Settings, by selecting or de-selecting the checkbox next to the "Enable World Map Grid" setting.

User Interface

Legend

1. You are Here
   • Your location on the map.
2. Marker
   • Places a Map Marker that marks the current location (or hovered location in the Map) and places it on your compass. To drop a Map Marker on the map, press / .
3. Party Member
   • Shows your party members on the map. You can mouse over the icons on the map to see which dot represents each party member.
4. Party Marker
   • Shows Map Markers placed by other party members.
5. Unmet Villager
   • A villager you have yet to talk to.
6. Available Quest
   • An available quest.
7. Quest Goal
   • A goal for one of your active quests.
8. Quest Complete
   • Turn in one of your active quests here.
9. Important Dialogue
10. Quest Hint
    • A hint for one of your active quests.

Return to Housing Plot

Pressing the Return to Housing Plot button will immediately teleport you to your Housing Plot regardless of your current location. This is free of charge and can only be used once every 30 minutes of real-life time.
