It can be accessed after receiving Hodari's Key during Hodari's Friendship Level 3 quest: Big Family Blowup.
Description
Hodari's room is a large, 2 person bedroom with mining items, drafts of plans and more scattered around different pieces of furniture. Most of his furniture is from the Ranch House set in a unique green and brown color combination.

Cook 'em in some oil and flip. Seems simple enough... wonder what her secret was?
