Unlike regular crops that take only one square of field, Spicy Pepper Seed takes 2x2 squares.
It also needs four (4) units of fertilizer.
To obtain any bonuses from other crops, the bush needs to be placed near two (2) crops that give the same bonus (i.e., 2 potatoes or tomato and potato to receive 'Water Retain' bonus). Crops can be located anywhere around the bush to give bonus.
The bush will regrow three more times for a total of four harvests. Each subsequent harvest takes 3 days.
How to Obtain
Spicy Pepper Seeds can be purchased directly from Zeki's General Store for 
170 Gold. Which can be harvested after 6 days into Spicy Pepper. Player must be Gardening Level 6 to purchase and grow Spicy Peppers.
Reward
One (1) spicy pepper can be rewarded as a chance prize from a Rummage Pile in Kilima Valley and Bahari Bay.
