Reth's Pin is a Quest Item given by Reth after completing one of his two possible Level 3 Romance quests: Come Clean or Cover It Up.

“	Reth gave you this pin to show his feelings for you. Wear it to show your feelings for him.	”
–In-Game Item Description

Upon trying to remove the pin from the Pin slot, Player will get the following message: "Reth might not be happy if you remove this."

However, removing the pin will have no effect on the Player's relationship with Reth.
