Description
Umbraa is a location in Palia that is not yet implemented or accessible. Umbraa is described as an underground nation known for exporting crystal lamps.[1]
It is also noted as being the leading manufacturer of advanced flow technology and an independent trading partner of the Palian Republic. The Order has maintained positive relations with Umbraa for many years.[2]
The First Council outlawed the use of magic, with the exception of usage by the Order itself and the independent state of Umbraa.[3]
