The Phoenix Shrine is a Main Quest given by Jina via mail after completing the quest Mysterious Object.

Description

“ Jina's discovered something strange about the Phoenix Shrine. Help her solve the mystery! ”

Objectives

Part 1

  • Talk to Jina about the Phoenix Shrine.

Part 2

Interact with the Phoenix Shrine to investigate. (NOTE: The location of the Phoenix Shrine should be marked with a Quest icon on the map.)

  • Investigate the shrine where you were found.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Jina after reading her letter that arrived in the mail.
2. Investigate the Phoenix Shrine!

  • The Phoenix Shrine is the area where you first spawned into the game. There should be a quest market on your map.
  • Follow the road to Phoenix Falls and across the short ramp. Once inside, take a right to the shrine.

3. Commune with the shrine by pressing "F".

  • Make sure you have at least Renown 100 Renown to proceed with the quest! If not, you will not be able to commune and receive the Phoenix's blessing.

4. Don't panic! The quest will automatically complete.

Dear (Player),

So, I just met you, and this is crazy, but you're the only person I could think of to message. Something strange is happening with the Phoenix Shrine. Nothing world-ending, don't worry! But I could use your help, if you've got the time.

Oh, there you are! Good, I was starting to think I dreamed the whole thing.
So yesterday Hekla and I were examining the ruins more. Trying to find out what's going on, why the Humans are suddenly back.
And I found a piece of statue that looked like it fell off the Phoenix. So, well, I returned it.
Which is when it started glowing, just like when you dropped out of the sky! It stands to reason these two events are connected.
I'd like to test my hypothesis! Which means I need you to go try and check out the shrine. But, er, only if it's convenient.
