Ammo

Ammo is a type of Equipment that is used in conjunction with certain Tools.

Ammo is placed into the Ammo Pouch within the Player's Inventory. When deposited into either General Storage or Safe Storage, Ammo is sorted into the Equipment tab.

Mechanics

Ammo is always a single-use item and must be in the Player's inventory in order to be used with its corresponding tool.

To apply Ammo to a tool, equip the tool. Then press the Secondary Action button ( on PC, on Switch) to open the ammo menu. Select the desired ammo with the Primary Action button ( on PC, on Switch).

Bait

Bait is used in conjunction with Fishing Rods. The Player can use it to attract different kinds of Fish while Fishing in both Kilima Valley and Bahari Bay.

Using no Bait is also an option. To do this, access the ammo menu and select the fishing hook icon.

No Villagers will accept bait as a Gift.

Smoke Bombs

Smoke Bombs are a type of projectile used in conjunction with Belts. The Player can use them for Bug Catching by throwing them on Bugs in both Kilima Valley and Bahari Bay.

Smoke Bombs can be crafted at the Worktable by the Player on the Housing Plot. Most of the recipes are obtained from the Bug Catching Guild, which is accessed by interacting with  Auni.

Smoke Bombs can be given as Gifts to some Villagers.

Arrows

Arrows are a type of projectile used in conjunction with Bows. The Player can use them for the Hunting of Creatures in both Kilima Valley and Bahari Bay.

Arrows can be crafted at the Worktable by the Player on the Housing Plot, after obtaining the recipe from the Hunting Guild, which is accessed by interacting with  Hassian.

Arrows can be given as Gifts to some Villagers.

Fireworks

Fireworks are a type of projectile used in conjunction with a bow. The Player can use them for entertainment purposes or as a means of signaling other players to a specific location.

Some Fireworks can be purchased from the Hunting Guild, which can be accessed by interacting with  Hassian. Others can be obtained from the Maji Market, Zeki's Wondrous Machine, Black Market Store, Zeki's Prize Wheel, or as a quest reward.

Fireworks can be given as gifts to some Villagers.
