Dialogue and Mail

Introduction

Upon speaking with Einar

Einar
Today my emotions feel like a river of joy and apathy. I have found a most interesting pebble.
But my conflicting Onenesses pull me in different directions.
Taking this pebble to the cave where my other interesting pebbles reside would mean momentarily ceasing my fishing efforts!!
How to solve this most difficult of conundrums?
Ah! With much thinking, I have formulated a solution! Could you perchance deliver the pebble in my stead?
And while you are there, perhaps you could locate the name of the first fish I ever caught?
I believe its name is written on Day 12 of my Creator's fishing logs.

Progression

Fishing Logs in Einar's Cave

Fishing Log
 «  Day 12  »

Einar caught his first Gillyfin. He was so delighted, you would have thought he'd caught a Flow Whale. He even gave it a name. Gil, the Gillyfin! I would have never expected a Galdur to do that.

Giving Einar more than one Oneness must have created some interesting unintended consequences.

Fishing Log
 «  Day 988  »

I caught a Prism Trout today. My mom's favorite! I can almost smell it grilling on the oven.
 ‹  1 / 3  ›

Einar went on and on about how the name was so misnomer as the fish contains no actual prisms. Gotta love that guy!

Commissioning this lake was a brilliant idea. I suppose I have Sadeel to thank for telling me I need to make more time to care for myself if I want to properly care for others.

Fishing Log
 «  Day 1121  »

Didn't catch much, but the water was kind to me and it was nice to be out with my old friend, Einar. He seems to be the only friend I have left these days...after what happened with Sadeel. I don't really want to talk about that here.

Fishing Log
 «  Day 2290  »

The things I pulled out of the water today were nothing but monstrosities, horrors all. I must not let this get out...I wouldn't want the uneducated to get the wrong idea about what's goin' on out here.

Conclusion

Upon returning to Einar

Einar
Did you place my pebble with its compatriots?
Player
Yes. It's safe with its friends.
Einar
Many thanks. I find my fondness for you has moderately increased.

Player
I returned it, but I don't think pebbles have "compatriots."
Einar
Many thanks. I find my fondness for you has moderately increased.

Player
What's with all the weird stuff in your cave?
Einar
Weird? I do not believe any part of my collection to be weird.
Please accept this fish of Flow as thanks. May she make a suitable companion.
