Wallpaper

Wallpaper is a type of decoration used to personalize building structures placed on The Player's Housing Plot in the game of Palia. Unlike other decor, the Player only needs to obtain a particular style of wallpaper once, in order to use it repeatedly.

Buying Wallpaper

• In Kilima Village there are three main locations to purchase wallpaper:
  • Material Store register located in the Furniture Store
  • Black Market Store register located in The Underground
  • Register in City Hall

• Once eligible for access, there is also wallpaper at the Guild Store associated with each skill.

• From the Player's Housing Plot, access the Home Tours store for more wallpaper.

• Seasonally, there are limited-time shops and events:
  • Zeki's Lucky Catch shop located in Maji Market
  • Spooky Moon Store located in Kilima Village

Other Ways To Get Wallpaper

• After gifting Villagers their favorite items, the Player, in turn, can receive Starstone Wallpapers from some Villagers!
• Speaking of gifts, Singularity 6 has sent wallpaper to the Player on occasion!
• Sometimes, the Player may find wallpaper in Treasure Chests!
• Other times, the Player can earn one by completing an Accomplishment!
• More can be earned by completing Secret Puzzles (but 🤫 you didn't read that here)!
• And wallpaper can be earned through Twitch Drops once in a while!

Placing Wallpaper

Wallpaper is applied to a wall by clicking (or ) on the wall it is to be applied to, after selecting the item in the inventory toolbar. To apply a different wallpaper, simply repeat that process. To remove a wallpaper, use the key (or on Switch).
Based on default game shortcuts.

Wallpaper can be applied to the following structures, on both interior and exterior walls:

• Harvest House
• Grand Harvest House
• Kilima Courtyard
• Large Room
• Medium Room
• Hallway Section
• Small Room

Storing Wallpaper

While Wallpaper is not categorized as Customization decor, like furniture, their storage is unlimited in the storage chests because these items cannot be sold.
